Privacy Policy — Arithmo
Arithmo is a mental-arithmetic game. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no login. We never ask for your name, email address, phone number or location.
This policy explains the limited data that is processed when you use the app.
What stays on your device and never leaves it
Your scores, streaks and personal bests. Your settings. Your practice history and per-operation statistics, including every answer and how long it took.
This is the data behind the Progress screen. It is stored only in the app's private storage on your phone. We cannot see it, we never receive it, and it is deleted when you uninstall the app or use "Delete local data" in Settings.
What third parties process
Arithmo uses three Google or Google-related services. Each one is operated by its provider, who acts as its own controller or processor for the data concerned.
Google AdMob — serves ads in the free version. Depending on your consent choice, it may process your device's advertising identifier, IP address, and general device and ad-interaction information. If you consent to personalised ads, this data may be used to select ads relevant to you. If you refuse, you will still see ads, but non-personalised ones, based only on general context.
Google's privacy policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
RevenueCat — verifies purchases of the full version. It processes the purchase receipt issued by Google Play and an anonymous identifier generated by the app. It does not receive your name, your email address or your payment details.

Firebase Crashlytics — records technical information when the app crashes: the error, the device model, the operating system version and an anonymous installation identifier. This is used solely to find and fix bugs.
Firebase Remote Config — downloads configuration values to the app, such as how long the practice allowance lasts. It sends no personal data. The request carries the same anonymous installation identifier Crashlytics uses.
Arithmo does not use Firebase Analytics, or any other analytics or usage-tracking service. No record of what you tap, which modes you open or how often you play is sent anywhere.
Purchases themselves are handled entirely by Google Play. We never see or store your payment information.
Consent, and how to change your mind
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the app asks for your consent before any advertising data is processed. You can change that choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
You can also reset or delete your advertising identifier in your Android settings, under Google → Ads.
Legal basis (GDPR)
Personalised advertising is processed on the basis of your consent, which you may withdraw at any time. Crash reporting, purchase verification and non-personalised advertising are processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a working, paid-for application and protecting it from fraud.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and the right to data portability.
Because Arithmo holds no account and no server-side profile, we hold nothing about you that we could retrieve or delete for you. For data held by the third parties above, contact them directly using the links provided, or write to us at the address at the top of this page and we will help.
You may also lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority. In France this is the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
Children
Arithmo is intended for users aged 13 and over. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect any data from children under 13. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will assist.
Data retention
Nothing is retained by us, because nothing reaches us. Third-party retention periods are set by each provider and described in their own policies.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published at this address with a new date at the top. Significant changes will be announced in the app.
